Core stabilising Muscles – those muscle groups situated nearest to the skeleton, which are responsible for pain free posture & movement – are trained most effectively using the Pilates Method.

The Pilates Mat Exercises can be practised in or outdoors, mats will be provided. These sessions cater for all ages, all fitness levels & will challenge the experienced practitioner whilst keeping the novice safe as s/he concentrates on finding the abdominal centre.
