Intro 2 Exercise

The Intro 2 Exercise Class is designed for new gym users - an introduction to the Balls, Bars, Bikes, Body-training Equipment & Group-Exercise Classes on offer @ Changes LC. Exercise Intensity is kept @ light to moderate levels - under the watchful eye of our qualified staff - particpants learn how to monitor HR, rate exertion & exercise safely in all areas of the gym. The Intro 2 Exercise Class is on Thursday mornings @ 10:15.
