A more relaxed approach is taken in the Stretch & Relaxation Sessions designed to cater especially for those who have little experience with formal exercise.

The emphasis in these sessions is directed toward feeling less tension in mind & body.

A short list of safe & effective exercises employing simple techniques, are learned in the S&R Sessions so that participants can take something useful away with them. These exercises can be practised daily, to promote health & wellbeing.
